I’m a professional underwater cameraman with a marine biology background dedicated to protecting the oceans and their inhabitants. I have worked in the marine conservation world since 2016 with much of my work focusing on sharks and manta rays. I continue to be with the conservation world heading up the Manta Trust’s oceanic manta research programme in Fuvahmulah, Maldives.
In recent years, photography and videography have taken a more prominent role in my career, with my award-winning images being published internationally, archive footage used by the BBC and ITV, as well as assisting on blue chip wildlife documentary film shoots.
In 2019 I launched Fish Free February, a UK-registered conservation charity working to highlight the impacts of commercial fisheries and encourage a reduction in the consumption of seafood by informing and connecting the general public with the issues at hand.
